For #41, do as the book says and just find upper and lower sum using four rectangles
For #42, do all four summations (LHS, RHS, MSUM, TSum) using 8 equal sized rectangles
For #43, do all four summations (LHS, RHS, MSUM, TSUM) using 5 equal sized rectangles.
